Leon “Scott” Kupniewski died on February 6, 2017 in Irving, Texas at the age of 47. Scott is survived by his wife Lisa Kupniewski of Irving, TX, son Colton Kupniewski and wife Lesley of Longview, TX, two grandchildren Tucker and Adilyn of Longview, TX, brother Walter Kupniewski and wife Patrina of Webberville, MI, father Carl Kupniewski and wife Patricia of Burlington, IA, brother in-law Wayne Bryant and wife Joell of Rowlett, TX, various nephews and nieces, and many friends. He is preceded in death by his mother Rita Kupniewski, one brother Mark Kupniewski, and grandparents. Scott was born on February 16, 1969 in Titusville, PA to Carl and Rita Kupniewski. He graduated Valedictorian from Tidioute High School in 1987. After graduation, Scott moved to Irving, TX to pursue his career in machine work. He married Lisa Kupniewski in 1992. A memorial service is scheduled for 11 AM February 18, 2017 at Aria Cremation Service and Funeral Home with a reception to follow at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church in Irving, TX. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Scott’s life. Flowers and condolences may be sent to 1820 N. Belt Line Rd Irving, TX 75061.
