Pat, I wanted to express my condolences. Pete was one of the "Originals" that managed to get Catalog, (now Direct) off the ground. I recall his deep belly-laugh. He attended parties at my mom + dad's house in Peachtree City, Georgia. He was very kind to my mom (Donna) and dad (Jim). I will keep you and your family in my prayers. Take care, Jim Wheaton, Jr. Cell 775-741-2807, 10605 N 9th Street, Phoenix, AZ 85020

When I came into the JCP Catalog division, Pete was welcoming to me and always treated me with respect and made me a part of the Catalog team. Really enjoyed working with Pete and he was a true partner. He will be missed.
