Puls, Michael "Mike" E.
Obituary
Michael (Mike) Puls was born in Tampa, Florida on May 10, 1952. He passed away on August 25, 2017 after a courageous and victorious 3 year battle with cancer. His sudden passing came after spending a typical, happy day at home working, talking with friends & family & spending time with his son, Sean. Mike founded Foley & Puls, Inc, a respected multi-family research firm. His vision and foresight contributed to the success of much of the apartment and condo development in the DFW area, including more than 325 projects in the Metroplex & another 300 projects across the US over the past 30 years. He was happy and proud after being quoted in the Dallas Morning News earlier in the week and was looking forward to speaking at a multifamily conference. He leaves behind the legacy of his knowledge and contributions to the multifamily industry about which he was so passionate, a large & loving family and countless friends. He is survived by wife and life partner of 43 years, Misty, and son Sean, who put his life on hold to be his father’s constant companion for the past 2 years. His loving family includes: brothers John L. (Jack) Puls and wife Nell of Pompano Beach and Richard Puls of Atlanta. FL family: Regina, Pierre & Nicole Hernandez, Richard, Danielle, Ricky & Morgan Puls, Liz & Dewey Duchaine, Mary, Nick and Mila Jane Petrone. TN family: Suzette Greer Inman, Sarah & Anna Grace Inman, Lauren & Chad Gentry, Jennifer, Frank, Vance, Audrey, Davis & Bailey Ann Robinson. NY family: Daniel & Elise Poeana. A Celebration of Life is scheduled at Ferrari’s Villa in Addison, Saturday, September 16, 2017 from 2:00-4:00 P.M. A GoFundMe has been set-up for the benefit of Sean Puls, who gave so much and asked for so little. We both lost our best friend. Arrangements are under the direction of ARIA Cremation Service and Funeral Home 19310 Preston Road Dallas, Texas 75252 214-306-6700
