Obituary
Memorial services for Linda Porter Magee, 71, of Bedford, TX will be held December 14th 7:30pm at the Aria Funeral Home, 1820 North Belt Line Rd. Irving, TX, with visitation beginning at 6pm. Graveside service will be 9:15am at the Dallas Fort Worth National Memorial Cemetery, 2000 Mountain Creek Parkway, Dallas, TX. Linda was born in Tyler, TX on June 20th 1946. She graduated from John Tyler High and married her husband of 49 years John Magee. Linda loved her family and spent every chance she could to be with her precious children/grandchildren. Linda will always be remembered for her generous heart and love of doing anything to help her children in anything they needed. Linda went to be with the Lord on December 11th from complications due to a lengthy illness. She was preceded in death by her parents John and Edith Magee and survived by her beloved husband John, son Chad Magee wife Grace; daughter Angela Gilliland husband James. Numerous grandchildren, Maranda, Kathryn, Ethan and Zoey Magee, Cullen, Ashton and Madison Gilliland. Brother David C Porter, Sisters Barbra Porter Brown, and Karen Porter Hatch. In lieu of flowers donation can be made to the Special Olympics of Texas. Please send the family condolences and sign the guestbook on this site.
