Dear Joan and family, my deepest condolences on your loss. I knew and worked with Dick back in 1972, when I graduated from DPS Academy and was assigned to THP-Mission. I was saddened to hear of Dick’s passing. He was a kind, gentle, and caring man whom I was proud to have known and considered a friend. God bless y’all.
