Obituary
Alice Louise “AL” Oliver, 60, of Dallas, Texas, passed away on March 15, 2018 at home. She was born on August 4, 1957, in Lamesa, Texas to Rev. A.L. Patrick & Fertie (Hubbard) Patrick. Alice graduated from Corsicana High School in ’75 and then from UTA. After school she worked for the government in various positions. She enjoyed watching the playoffs from any sport when it was playoff time. Alice is preceded by father, Rev. AL Patrick; and siblings, Ivory Patrick, Glenda Taylor, Cordelia Patrick, and Pauline Jones. She is survived by her husband, Steven O. Fitzpatrick; daughter, Kristen D. Castillo; and son, Quincy Oliver; stepdaughter, Mary Martin; grandchildren, Alyssa Castillo, Alydia Castillo, Saniah Oliver, and Josiah Oliver; step granddaughter, Makia Martin; mother, Fertie Patrick; siblings, Betty Jeane, Mary Allen, Beverly Carolyn, Pamela, Lily and Joyce; many nephews, nieces, cousins; mother-in-law, Della Frazier; and in-laws, Rosie Jordan, and Elaine Sims. A public viewing will be held on Wednesday, March 21, 2018, from 12:30 pm – 2:00 pm with a celebration of life starting at 2:00 pm at Aria Cremation Service & Funeral Home – Irving. Immediately following the service there will be a reception in Grand Prairie at Darren Oliver’s residence. Pallbearers will be Mano Miles, Cortez Miles, Salaam Franklin, Albert Walker, George Frazier, and Brandon Wheeler. Please send the family condolences and sign the guestbook on this site.
