Hoover, Charlotte
Obituary
Charlotte Elaine Hoover was born November 21, 1951 to Charles Franklin and Pearl Munger in McKinney, Texas. She passed away July 18, 2018 peacefully at her home in Wylie, Texas. Charlotte grew up in the McKinney- Princeton area with 6 sisters, Ruth Duncan, Wanda Duncan, Nina Munger, Glenna Ramsey, Sue Edwards; and 1 brother, Waylon Munger. She was self-employed for about 20 years, and she always lived in Collin County to be close to family. Charlotte was of Christian faith and devoted to her family and friends. Everyone that met her loved and respected her. If you were lucky enough for her to trust you, then you were family and not just a friend to Charlotte. Charlotte was preceded in death by her parents, 4 sisters, and her brother. She left behind her husband T. Glenn Lowe; children, Michael Duane Lee, Michael Glen Lee, Chance Andrew Lee; several grandchildren; along with one sister, Sue Edwards; and numerous nieces and nephews. The family wishes to not have a public service and prays that people who knew and loved Charlotte understand. Charlotte my dear friend and sister you will always and forever be in our hearts. Rest in peace, your job here is done.
