Susan Lages Hauk, 76, of St Louis, was called home to our Lord and Savior on August 4th, 2018. She was the beloved wife of Robert Hauk (Bob). Sue is also survived by sons, Robby Hauk and his 3 children, Nick, Haley and Clay (Lindsay), great-grand daughter, Quinn; David & Julie, and their children, Tyler, Bryce and Samantha; Tom & Amy, and their children Madison, Justin, Courtney Fry (Ryan) great-grandchildren Caroline, Hudson and Baylor; Jeff & Cindy and their children Hunter and Emily. Sue was also survived by her beloved brothers Dick Lages and Jim Lages and their families of St. Louis, MO and many nieces and nephews and lifelong friends. Bob and Sue married in St. Louis in 1963 and moved to Dallas in 1972. They attended St. Monica Parish in Dallas for nearly 30 years until they moved to Celina, TX in 2001. When it came to activities, each grandkid will tell you how much “Nana” loved to play cards and eat at Steak and Shake!! Sue was a member of the St. Francis of Assisi choir, the Celina Garden Club, the Empty Nesters Supper Club and of course no one could forget her Zumba classes. Sue was a very proud and involved grandparent, who loved attending all of their sports, school programs and mostly enjoyed having each one come stay with her in Celina. Sue will be remembered by all that knew her by her wonderful sense of humor, her absolute love for her 4 boys and the importance of family. Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, August 9th, 2018 at 11:00 am at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, 8000 Eldorado Pkwy, Frisco, Texas 75033.
