I had the privilege of knowing Scott and learned a great deal from him over the years, perhaps more than he knew. I always enjoyed his laugh and appreciated how incredibly bright he was. To his family and friends, I’m so sorry for your loss.
Dear Julia and family,
I am so very sorry for your loss. It was a great pleasure and privilege to have worked with Scott for the last 4+ years on Belleview and Hutchins. Our staff and I will miss him greatly. May you find some comfort in the outpouring of love surrounding you.
Many condolences from the City of Dallas Office of Economic Development team.
Words cannot express how saddened we are to hear of Scott’s passing. We enjoyed working with him, but more so enjoyed his funny, witty banter that he would lay out as soon as he walked in the front door. We will miss him greatly. Our sincere prayers to his wife, children, and family.
I meant Mr Scott with the project out in Hutchins with the daycare center I only know him for a short time but in that time I’ve met him he was a blessing and so helpful with the project of the Day care Center so family please stay strong our family here at Shannon Lil Angels

Julia-
Scott was one of the most kind, appreciative, and sincere persons we have ever known. Please accept our deepest sympathy and condolences on your loss. All of those who knew him will miss him and all of our lives will be lessened by his passing.
Scott and I met on a number of occasions, as I began my journey into the real estate industry. With each encounter, he made time to go beyond just discussing business to share his extensive knowledge and advice. He was always gracious, kind, and encouraging. He was a genuine person with a big heart.
Scott’s passing comes as a complete shock. May his soul Rest In Peace.
Scott was a wonderful neighbor. We have known Scott and Julia as our neighbors for the last couple of years.
He was such a cheerful person with a great attitude and a ready smile. Every time I met him while he was walking his faithful golden retriever, Maxine or around the house he seemed to be full of life and working on some project or other.
We will miss Scott.
Our deepest sympathies and condolences to Julia and Scott’s family.
May Julia find the strength and courage to bear the loss. Our prayers are with her and Scott’s family.

In memory of our love…

Every time I look into your lovely eyes,
I see a love that money just can’t buy.
One look from you, I drift away.
I prayed that you were here to stay.
Anything you want, you got it.
Anything you need, you got it.
Anything at all, you got it.
Baby!
Every time you hold me I begin to understand,
Everything about you tells me your my man.
I lived my life to be with you.
No one can do the things you do.
Anything you want, you got it.
Anything you need, you got it.
Anything at all, you got it.
Baby!
I’m glad to give my love to you.
I know you feel the way I do.
Anything you want, you got it.
Anything you need, you got it.
Anything at all, you got it.
Baby!
Anything you want, you got it
Anything you need, you got it
Anything at all, you got it
Baby
Anything at all
Baby
You got it

Condolences from Near Southside, Inc. in Fort Worth. I had the pleasure of working closely with Scott on the Katy Lofts project over the last year. We are heartbroken about his sudden passing. We’ll miss Scott’s sense of humor and all the knowledge and expertise that moved this complex project forward. Our thoughts are with his family and friends.
I had the privilege of knowing Scott through his loving wife and my wonderful sister-in-law Julia. He was wicked smart, had an irreverent sense of humor, and was an accomplished amateur chef. He and Julia hosted wonderfully festive champagne parties for long-time friends and family that were the highlight of several of my Christmas holidays. More importantly, he was an involved and loving father to his children, and a truly supportive partner to Julia. He was enthusiastic about life and generous of spirit. His passing was sudden, shocking, and far too soon for those who loved him. It left a hole in many hearts, including mine. He will be greatly missed, and his passing is a reminder to live life to the fullest, and remember to be kind to those you encounter on your journey.
To the Scott’s wife and family, please accept our sincere condolences. We met Scott eight years ago when we were all beginning to launch our businesses to develop affordable housing communities in Texas. Scott gave us our first opportunity with The Belleview in Dallas. We are so grateful. We worked very closely with Scott then and throughout the years. We were shocked to hear about his unexpected passing. Scott was one of the “Good Guys”. He loved what he did. He often talked about Julia with a twinkle in his eye and big smile. He talked about his children and how proud he was of them. We miss Scott. The world just doesn’t seem complete without him. God speed Scott! We will pray for you and your family. Thank you for trusting us and supporting us in our endeavors. May you rest in eternal peace. Linda & Sara
Scott made an impact in the lives of many. He provided a home for many for years to come. He created jobs and he grew businesses that made families’ lives better. Even in his sudden passing he made a huge impact; he reminded us to live our best life until the end. Condolences to his family. May you find comfort knowing he was such a positive influence to many.
To my husband…I miss you more with every breath I take. Thank you to all the wonderful friends you left behind who continue to support me on this new journey.
In memory of our wonderful life together and our first trip as a couple 20 years ago i will be scattering some of your remains in the bay this week. Thank you for a wonderful life full of joyous and loving memories.
