Some of fondest memories of living in Parker for the last 30 years were the hours I watched David’s masterful skill in officiating public hearings and executive sessions. His class and grace cannot be overstated. The City of Parker is a wonderful place to live today in large part due to David’s wisdom and perseverance.
My best to the Hammel Family. May God bless and comfort each of you.
