He met and married the love of his life, SuElla W. Bostock, in 1955, He is preceded in death by his wife who was the daughter of Noah and Mildred Hahn Bostock. In 1960, Duane and his wife moved from Lincoln, Nebraska to Cucamonga, California, where they made their home and raised their family together. For many years, he worked as a Contractor Plumber and owned his own business in Southern California, called Duane’s Plumbing. In 1976, while on vacation to Coeur D’Alene, Idaho, he and SuElla fell in love with the area and decided to move their growing family to Spokane, Washington. He loved the outdoors, fishing, hunting and best of all golfing. He has been living in Garland Texas with his first born daughter Cindy and son-in-law, Larry, for the past 8 years. He loves his dogs, Lizzie, Baby Girl, Sweetie Pie and Sam. They gave him so much love and comfort. While his earthly presence will be sorely missed by all his loving family and friends, we know he bravely fought the battle of living in a body with so many limitations and pains. It’s now over and he has been freed. He would not want anyone to grieve long, but instead know that he lived a good life and was looking forward to walking around in Glory! He loved the Lord and always had a song of praise in his heart. A celebration of his life will be held February 22nd at 10:00 a.m. It will be in the chapel at Lake Pointe Church. 701 E.
