Obituary
Sharon Ann Young was born in Fox Lake, Illinois to Lyle and Helen Jean LaBarge on April 28, 1955. Sharon was the third born of four children. She attended elementary and middle school in Sioux City, Iowa and high school in Tulsa, Oklahoma at Rogers high school. She had many jobs in Tul-sa but later moved to Dallas where she did housekeeping, worked at Marshalls and then worked at Boggess Elementary in Plano, TX. Sharon was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister and aunt. She was loving, sweet and caring to everyone that she came in contact with. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends. Some of her favorite things to do was eat break-fast at Original pancake house with Lisa Barbosa and/or Edith Harvard and spending time with Nicolas and Ava. She really enjoyed watching movies. She remained positive and looked on the brighter side of things no matter the circum-stance. She was a very strong and determined woman whose optimistic personality was an inspiration for others. Sharon was associated with Jehovah Witnesses. She had a profound love for Jehovah and Jesus and appreciated the hope of the resurrection. Sharon was preceded in death by her parents Lyle LaBarge and Helen Jean Booth; one grandson Desmond Wesley. She leaves to cherish her memory: her husband Robert Jones, her daughter Chasity (Willie) Wesley; Grandson: Brendan Wesley of Tulsa, Oklahoma. She also leaves to cherish her memory brothers; James (Phyliss) LaBarge and Dennis LaB-arge of Sioux City, Iowa; sister; Janet Stubblefield of Claremore, Oklahoma; nephew Brooks LaBarge of Sioux City, Iowa; niece Felicia Benson of Tulsa, Oklahoma; great-niece Destiny Benson along with many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 3:00 P.M., Wednesday, March 30, 2016 at ARIA Memorial Chapel.
