Alfred Ka Kee Chu born in Canton China, on October 15, 1948; son of Shuiha Tsang and Sing-hon Chu died on August 11th 2022. Alfred studied English in Hong Kong, and later immigrated to the United States. He attended the University of Texas at Austin where he earned a degree in Pharmacy. He worked as a Pharmacist in El Paso until he retired at the age of 63. He is survived by his loving wife, Esther Chu and two daughters, Roxanne Benatar and Sanddrick Bauer; son-in-law, Owen Benatar and his three grandchildren, Ashton Benatar, Micah Benatar, and RK Bauer. Alfred was a man of principal and values. He was determined and unwavering. He valued many things, but family and education were a priority for him. His presence filled his family with love and security. This contribution will help them carry on during his absence. We will be apart but for a short while. Thank you, Alfred, for all the memories.
