Archie was born in Minot, Noth Dakota. He grew up there at the family farm where he returned every year to help with harvest.

Archie loved telling stories of his time on the farm. His passion was barbecuing and cooking way too much for his family and friends! Archie loved playing the Buffalos at   Del's & Lucky Strike, fishing, and visiting with friends.

Boeing moved him to Dallas in the late 90's, where he met his beloved Rebecca whom he married in 2007.

Archie fought a long, hard battle with pancreatic cancer.

He is proceeded in death by his parents, Ardis and Robert and his brother, Bob.

Archie survives with his wife, Rebecca, sisters Sandi (Dallas), Bonnie (Gene, Minot) and Barb (Rod, Minot), and numerous cousins, nieces & nephews.

Celebration of Life will be held at Bethany Christian Church on March 6, 2026, at 11:00a.m. Located at 6282 Oram St. Dallas, TX 75214; lunch to follow.
