Born on April 5, 1957 in Worcester, MA and passed away on October 03, 2013 in Arlington, TX. Cynthia worked for both UT Arlington and DSI. She was preceded in death by her brother, Christopher L. Babbit in 1981. Survived by her life partner, Denice Wong, and parents, Fred and Doris Babbitt.
