Carmelina "Carmie" Behm passed away on April 19, 2014. She was born the 2nd eldest of nine children on March 12, 1920 in Chicago, Illinois to the late Giovanni and Anna Abbott Ricciotti. She loved to cook, entertain, and authored two cookbooks. Carmie was preceded in death by her husband, Howard and son, Howard, Jr. She is survived by her loving daughters, Pam Sutherland and husband Brian; Sheri Pixley and husband Cameron; five grandchildren, Chad Sutherland, Evan Pixley, Brooke Pixley, Ian Sutherland, and Grant Sutherland; and two great grandchildren, Tyson Sutherland and Nolan Sutherland. The family will receive friends for visitation 6:00- 8:00 P.M., on Monday, April 21, 2014 at ARIA Memorial Chapel in Dallas. A memorial celebration will take place at a later date in Chicago.
