Bernell Q. Hulsey, 98, passed away peacefully in Irving, Texas, on Sunday, September 11, 2022, in Irving Texas. Bernell was born on May 12, 1924, in Story, Arkansas, to Selmer and Anna Qualls. She worked as a seamstress most of her life and enjoyed sewing as hobby. Her favorite things to do were gardening, sitting on her front porch, and entertaining friends and family. She will always be remembered for her feisty and bold personality. Bernell is survived by her grandson Michael Hulsey and wife, Lisa Hulsey; grandson Roger Hulsey; great grandkids Jaden Woodall and husband, Dalton Woodall; Carson Hulsey, Kenzy Hulsey; soon-to-be great-great granddaughter, Autumn Woodall; and former daughter-in-law Rose Dale Acevedo.
