Julie H. Bowmer joined her mother, Emily Jane, sister, Jill and nephew, Ben in heaven early July 20, 2021. She is survived by her husband, Andy Bowmer and her father, Bobby Hubbell. Julie will be lovingly remembered for her amazing sense of humor, incredible creativity, and treasured friendships. She loved bringing her friends together, old, and new, and facilitating making new friendships. Julie will be greatly missed by countless friends and loved ones, but we all know she is in a better place and no longer suffering.
