Of Dallas, age 66, passed away April 5, 2014 after a brief illness at Baylor University Medical Center. He was born July 8, 1947 to the late Thomas and Dorothy Brooks in Dallas, TX. He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Mary Frances Brooks; their dog, Jessica Vashtie; and a sister, Dottie Brooks Carnes. He had no children. After graduating from H. Grady Spruce High School in 1965, Thomas joined the Air Force and spent eighteen months in Vietnam. Thomas was a loving husband and will be missed by his family and friends. Memorial Service will be held at 2:00PM on Tuesday April 22, 2014 at Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery, 2000 Mountain Creek Parkway, Dallas, TX 75211.
