Buehrle, Joyce Johnson passed away October 28, 2016. Joyce was born November 11, 1930 to William Earle and Hilda May Johnson of Cincinnati, Ohio. Joyce was named after poet Joyce Kilmer ("I think that I shall never see a poem lovely as a tree."). Upon graduation from Adamson High School, Dallas, TX, January 28, 1949, Joyce married Walter Albert Buehrle January 29, 1949, and together raised 4 children and ran a successful antiques business. She loved flowers, all animals, museums, and enjoyed watching westerns, game shows, and documentaries. Joyce is survived by her loving husband of 67 years Walter of Plano, son Mike (Sharon) of Oglesby, TX, daughter Cindy (Ed Richman) of Richardson, TX, daughter-in-law Pat Buehrle (Dale) of Beaumont, TX, 4 grandchildren, 4 great, 4 great greats, nephews Paul (Suzette) of Dallas, Ken (Lynn) of Coppell, and niece, Marsha (Frank Morehouse) of Frisco. She is preceded in death by sons William Dale (Pat) and David Lynn Buehrle. Graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM, Saturday, November 19 at Oakwood Cemetery in Waco, TX. Visitation and Memorial service will be held at 10:00 AM, Tuesday, November 22 at St. Andrews Presbyterian Church in Beaumont, TX. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Mission Waco, Attn: Mission Waco/Mission World, 1315 N. 15th Street, Waco, TX 76707 or a charity of your choice.
