Charles (Shine) Ray Bennett, 77, of Lewisville, Texas, passed away on January 19, 2018. Charles was born in Gregg County on May 28, 1940. He enjoyed fishing and golf. Charles is survived by wife Betty, Daughter Ellen and husband Keith, Daughter Sylvia Williams, Daughter Tammy Staats and husband John, 13 Grandkids, 20 Great Grandkids, Several Step Children, and other family and friends. Charles is preceded in death by Father JT Bennett, Mother Goldie Winters, and Sister Doris Ragan. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be given to a charity of chose.
