Charlotte A. Kaufman (85), of Plano, Texas, died Sunday, November 16, 2025, at her home.

She was born on September 29, 1940, in Johnstown, Pennsylvania to the late William and Mary (Pesic) Pleskovic, Sr. and lived most of her life in Fairfax, Virginia, working as an office manager in the Washington, DC area until her retirement. Nothing brought Charlotte more joy over the years than spending time with her family, which prompted her relocation to Texas, and spoiling her dogs rotten. During Christmas season, baking cookies and making/enjoying walnut potica with family was always a favorite occasion.

Charlotte is survived by her son, David E. (Julie S.) Kaufman of Dallas, her granddaughter, Margaret Kaufman, and sister, Marian Watts.

She was preceded in death by three sisters: Florence Pleskovic, Mary Louise Schiely, and Eleanor Seasly, and her four Pleskovic brothers: Raymond, William Jr., Joseph, and Karl.

A private funeral service will be held at ARIA Funeral Home, 19310 Preston Road, Dallas, Texas 75252.
