Born August. 06, 1982 in McKinney, TX, she lived in Plano and worked in IT, real-estate management and restaurants. Chelsea was a member of Living Christ Church. Her surviving relatives include: Mothers, Sisters, Brothers, Nieces, Nephews and many friends. Memorial Services will be held at a later date, when family travel is available.
