Rhoda Y. Chow born December 13, 1925 passed away surrounded by her family on the 17th of June, 2013. She was a devoted wife, loving mother and cherished grandmother. She had an independent spirit and was a woman of grace, character, resilience and integrity. She made lasting friendships wherever she went and touched the lives of those she met in many different ways. She is survived by: her husband of 61 years Wen Chow, 6 children, and 12 grandchildren. A private ceremony for the family will be held to celebrate her life.
