"Dr John" Clariday peacefully passed away October 7, 2016. He was born in the "Big Holler" Smith County Tennessee on April 20, 1925, 91 years ago. He practiced family medicine in Dallas, Texas for over 30 years retiring in 1985. He was preceded in death by his wife of 66 years, Lottie Ruth Clariday. He loved Jesus, gardening, coin collecting, and golf. He is survived by his children, John and Rhonda Clariday, Mary Clariday Burdette, Greg & Barbie Clariday, Kevin & Loretta Clariday, seven grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 15, 2016 at 2:00 pm at Lakeview at Josey Ranch 2105 N. Josey Lane Carrolton, Texas.
