PLANO, Tx. - Charlene Ryan Clopp, 65, formerly of Warren, passed away Tuesday, June 8, 2021 at her home. She was born March 14, 1956, to the late Charles and Betty Ryan. Charlene leaves behind her husband Daniel Clopp. Charlene was a true light in this world. She was kind, loving, generous and always there with a helping hand. Her spirit was infectious and she enjoyed spending time with her family, friends and dog Prince. She will be deeply missed by her three brothers, Allen (Marcy) Ryan of Ashtabula, Dennis (Janice) Ryan of Cortland, James Ryan of Warren; one sister Kathleen (Larry) Nash of Alpharetta, Ga.; along with her nieces and nephews. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
