CLYDE WALTER PIERSON, 80, passed from earth to heaven on Saturday July 20, 2024. He was born May 22, 1944 in Wheeling West Virginia and grew up in St Albans West Virginia. His parents were Mildred Genieve West Pierson and James Robert "Bob" Pierson.

In 1974 he moved to Houston TX and met his wife Bonnie. They were married in 1975. They eventually moved to Minneapolis where their 3 children were born. Geoffrey Pierson (wife Heidi) and Kristin Lu Kelley (husband Tom) and Nicholas Pierson. Clyde also has an older son Bill Diefenbach (Teresa).

They came back to Texas and settled in the Dallas area in 1992 where they have remained since.

Clyde is preceded in death by his parents and sister Janice whom he took care of in her final days. He is survived by his wife, children, grandchildren, semi-adopted sons from Zambia, their wives and children.

Services will be held at Aria Funeral Home Chapel, Preston Road, Dallas, TX on Saturday August 10, 2024at 11:00 am
