Cynthia Ann Lackey was born on June 30, 1953, in Grand Prairie, Texas. Cindi was born to Geraldine Lackey and James Lackey. Cynthia was known as Cindi to all her friends and family. She loved her pets and being a grandmother to Nicole Cox & Sarah Laube. There will be a celebration of life for Cindi in the evening of Saturday, April 23rd, at four o'clock at the Pavilion at Harry Myers Park in Rockwall.
