Densmore, Andrew Lee 31, passed away on February 3, 2014 surrounded by loving family. Born in Dallas on February 5, 1982 to Leslie and Bill Densmore, Andrew was a compassionate father, son, brother, and friend to many. We celebrate his courage, concern for others, humor, and insistence for joy in daily life. His greatest passion was being Taylors father, loving her, and creating excitement and meaning for her. Andrew loved intensely and created a wide circle of friendships, bringing different groups and interests together and enriching all. Andrew graduated from Bishop Lynch High School and attended Brookhaven College. Andrew was an avid baseball player and a competitive soccer player. He cherished his family, deep friendships and his cat, Dexter. Andrew was a valued part of the physician recruiting team at Intermedix whose support throughout his illness was especially caring and generous. His family is also deeply indebted to the remarkable kindness and compassion provided to Andrew by the doctors, nurses and support staff of the Bone Marrow Transplant Unit at Baylor Hospital. Andrew is survived by his daughter, Taylor Leigh, his parents, Leslie and Bill, his brother, Alan, and Taylors mother, Rebecca Massoud, as well as many loving aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Pastor Brent Barry will lead a memorial service celebrating Andrews life on Friday, February 7, 2014 at 2 p.m. at Northpark Presbyterian Church, 9555 North Central Expressway, Dallas. Andrews friends have established a college fund for Taylor.
