Obituary

God called Dillon Jimerson home to Heaven on March 31, 2023. He was the son of Duke and Linda Jimerson, and the brother to Duke Jimerson III. He is also survived by many Aunts, Uncles and cousins who shared many years of extraordinary memories.

Dillon had endless energy and a true zest for life. He grew up playing soccer, football and baseball. He was very skilled at Disc Golf. He also loved being outdoors playing Golf with his friends. Rollerblading was a thrill for him, and the dare devil would come out.

His love for animals began at a young age. He especially loved dogs, and they loved him. Dillon didn't miss one documentary on snakes. He knew everything about snakes and turtles, but his real passion was fishing. He loved the camaraderie on fishing trips, spending time with his family and friends, and always catching the "biggest fish".

Music was always a part of Dillon's soul. He loved all things music. He taught himself to play the piano, and was very talented. Whenever he saw a piano, he would sit down and begin to play. He spent many hours writing music and has a large collection of amazing songs.

Dillon had a heart of gold, a heart that touched many lives. His smile lit up a room. He had a huge circle of friends that loved him dearly and he cherished their friendship. He knew people everywhere he went, and they knew him. Dillon's beautiful spirit and kindness was always on display.

Dillon always had a big presence and will be truly missed by many.

Dillon's legacy lives on through the lives he saved as an organ donor and the many others he healed through the gift of donated tissues.

Donations may be made in Dillon's memory to Southwest Transplant Alliance Organ Donation and Operation Kindness.
