On October 26, 2021 Donna Lou Moore passed away at home peacefully surrounded by her loved ones. Donna was born to Donald and Lucille Moore on February 11, 1955 in Steger, Illinois. She was the third born of 5 daughters, and grew up surrounded with family and love.

She moved to New Port Richey, Florida, where she met her husband, Robert Lux, and in January of 1992 Donna's dream of being a mother finally came true, when she gave birth to her daughter Elena. Elena, as many can recall, was always her favorite topic to bring up and talk about, one thing everyone knew about Donna was her pride as a mother. Another quality Donna was known for was her kindness and her smile. She was a woman who loved with all her heart, and was always there when you needed her.

In 1999 Donna and Robert moved to The Colony, Texas, where they raised their daughter. Donna enjoyed going to Elena's softball games every weekend and also helping out in activities in her community. Donna will be remembered for her bright smile that sparkled in her eyes, and her ability to love no matter what.

She is survived by her daughter, Elena Bell, her three sisters, Cindy Troiani, Beth Gebka, and Cathy Moore, several nieces and nephews, and her Partner, Robert Lux.
