Roger Hung Dunkin, age 56, died at Richardson Methodist Medical Center on Friday, October 8, 2021. Born in Vietnam, Roger lived in Richardson, Garland and Houston for most of his adult life, and worked for a variety of metalworking companies and in the food service industry. Survivors include his mother, Tuyet Dunkin, brother Gordon Dunkin, brother Robert H. Dunkin and sister-in-law Claire Tran, and brother Alan Dunkin. Roger was preceded in death by his father, Robert G. Dunkin. Roger had a generous heart, loved to cook, and had a burning desire for hot peppers. He greatly enjoyed the company of his friends and family, and never wanted to miss an opportunity for entertainment. Roger will be greatly missed.
