Ella Anne Eck, a former resident of Greenwich, Connecticut died on Sunday, June 3, 2018 at Brookdale Assisted Living in Plano Texas. She was 91 years old. She was born October 30, 1926 in Greenwich Ct. to Joseph and Martha Kubrickey. She was educated at the Julliard School of Music in New York. She married Robert A. Eck of Portchester N.Y. on June 7, 1952. They settled in Portchester. He passed away in 2009. In Greenwich, Mrs. Eck taught music for many years at the Greenwich Country Day School, as well as private music lessons to many students in the area. She was also active in choral groups throughout southwestern Connecticut. She and her husband retired to Florida in 1982. Mrs. Eck had a lifelong love and interest in Tennis which she played in many leagues wherever she lived. She was intensely devoted to her husband, children and grandchildren. Mrs. Eck is survived by a son, Robert A. Eck of Plano, Tx.; Three Grandchildren; and Five Great Grandchildren.
