Obituary for Eldon "Dee" Young

Eldon "Dee" Young, beloved husband, father, grandfather, and friend, passed away peacefully on December 12, 2024, at the age of 82. Dee was born on May 24, 1942, in Eunice, New Mexico, and spent his childhood and early adult years in Hobbs, New Mexico, where he built the foundation of a life filled with love, hard work, and adventure.

Dee's life journey took him to many places that shaped who he was. He later moved to Dallas, Texas, where he built a life and family, creating a lasting impact on everyone he met. He also spent cherished years in La Jolla, California, where he found joy in the beauty of the coast, and in Las Vegas, Nevada, where he embraced the vibrancy and excitement of life.

Known for his unwavering devotion to his family, his passion for helping others, and his remarkable ability to bring people together, Dee touched countless lives with his wisdom, humor, and warmth. His legacy of love and strength will forever remain in the hearts of all who knew him.

Dee is survived by his loving wife, Wanda Young, his sons Michael & Marcus, and their wives Angelina & Rachel, his daughter Michelle Young, his grandchildren, Dylan (wife Faith), Gwyneth, Maddox, Maksym & Bash, and great granddaughter Adeena.
