John M. (Jack) Forrest died Wednesday, December 19, 2018 at age 90 in Irving, Texas. Born June 30, 1928 in Brigham City, Utah, Son of John M. Forrest and Kathryn P Forrest. He Married Jeanne Taylor in Utah 1949. He served in the U.S. Air Force. John was an avid golfer, some of his community activities include, President of the Sunset Utah Jaycees and AARP leadership/speaker. He met with President Bush, Ross Perot, many senators. John is survived by his son, John M. (Mike) Forrest and Cheryl D Forrest; 4 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren and 3 great, great grandchildren. One brother, Dr. Richard Forrest. He was preceded in death by wife, Jeanne T. Forrest; kids Jeffery J. Forrest, Kim J. Campbell, Jamee J. Kramer. A memorial service will be held on January 2 at 3pm, at Aria Funeral Home in Irving. John Mike Forrest will be officiating. Memorial speakers will be, Lynn J. Taylor, M. Shane Forrest, John T. Forrest, Melanie D. Walsh. I did it my way.
