Betty Jane (Riggs) Frazier joined our Lord in Heaven on July 11, 2014. She was 85 Years, 3 months and 18 days old. Betty was born on March 23, 1929 in Dallas, Texas to the late Frank and Lula Mae Riggs. Betty was a caregiver and worked in the home health field and truly enjoyed her career. She also loved her family and was a caregiver at heart even when she volunteered to help feed the homeless in downtown Dallas. Betty also enjoyed traveling to Louisiana to play the slot machines and BINGO was one of her favorite pastimes. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Edward Frazier. She is survived by her beloved daughter, Jacquelyn Annette Jordan and husband, Al of Carrollton; grandsons, Bryce Colin Blanton and wife, Anna of The Colony and Brad Corbett Blanton of Carrollton; 5 Precious great grandchildren, Jake, Sarah, Skye, Justin, and Blake; she is also survived by her 8 sisters and 2 brothers: Bobbie Holder, Marguerite Hughes, Carl Riggs, Claudette Stamper, Linda White, Sharon Bumpus, Duane Riggs, Karen Waxler, Judy Smith and Brenda Riggs; numerous nieces and nephews and a host of extended family members and friends. A Celebration of Life memorial service will be held at 1:00 P.M., Wednesday, July 16, 2014 with Chuck Grandstaff officiating. Betty Jane will be laid to rest at Grove Hill Memorial Park in Dallas, Texas.
