Fraly "Gene" Garner, of Dallas, Texas, went to be with the Lord on March 6th 2016 at the age of 76. Gene was born in Long Beach, California on February 9th to Fraly Roy Garner and Virginia Wilt Garner. He grew up in South Dallas and attended Eastfield College in Mesquite, Texas. Gene took pride in everything he did and was a role model for his work ethics. He was a loving father who loved spending time with his family, watching the stock market, and wishing all the best to the Cowboys. Gene was interested in prison ministry and the quality time he spent with his daughter and their experiences with the March of Dimes. Gene was a member of the First Baptist Church in Richardson where he met and maintained friendships through worship and in church groups. Gene is preceded in death by his wife of 20 years, Pauline Garner, his children; Kenneth Wayne Garner, Ronald Ray Garner & Cheryl Lynn Garner, and his great granddaughter, Madison Lee Frick. He is survived by his loving daughter, Terry Jean Frick, his grandson, Kenneth Lee Frick, and a number of friends who will cherish his memory and miss him dearly.
