Van Dallas Gillman, age 61, of Dallas, Texas passed away on September 16, 2014.

"He's the sweetest man I have ever known" is something many people say about Van Gillman. He had a kind heart and a gentle spirit and was loved by many. Van was a special breed of person that had the ability to make every person feel like they were the most special. His smile and laugh would light up a room. Mostly modest (he knew he was a handsome fella with a truly remarkable head of hair), he never realized how very special he was but those who knew and loved him certainly did.

We will be celebrating Van's life at Haggard Park Gazebo (901 W 15th St., Plano) on Saturday, September 20th from 11am - 1pm. If Van touched your life in any way, please join us! Come with stories and remembrances to share. Laughter is required.
