Guy Mickelsen, of Dallas Texas, died November 8, 2018 at the Veteran's Administration Hospital, aged 57. A brief memorial service is scheduled for November 26, at 11:00 a.m. at the Dallas-Ft. Worth National Cemetery. Mr. Mickelsen was born in 1961 to William Hale and Cathy Mills. He was adopted by Frank Mickelsen, then the husband of Cathy Mills, at the age of two. His survivors include his brother Mick Mickelsen, his three nieces, Josie, Amelia and Meg, and his cousins Meredith Delaisse and Scott Mauldin.
