In Loving Memory of Harold Kenneth Schultz

January 14, 1969 – April 17, 2025

Harold Kenneth Schultz, 56, passed away on April 17, 2025. Born on a U.S. Naval Base in Yokosuka, Japan, Harold brought joy, laughter, and warmth to everyone who had the privilege of knowing him.

Harold had a strong work ethic and took great pride in his career. Over the years, he worked as a heavy machinery driller and a truck driver, earning numerous safety awards from his employers. He later found great satisfaction working as a technician at Quality Switchgear, where he skillfully disassembled, repaired, and reassembled complex circuit breakers and switchboards. Harold genuinely loved his work and took pride in doing it well. Recently, he had also earned his massage therapy certification, a new path he was excited to pursue.

A man with a mechanical mind and a generous heart, Harold could fix just about anything and enjoyed tinkering in his spare time. He loved riding his Harley-Davidson and found great joy and companionship in his beloved dogs. His dedication to animals was evident in his work with the Greyhound Adoption League of Texas, where he volunteered his time and care.

Above all, Harold cherished his family. He is survived by his daughter Heather Head (Brian), and his adored granddaughter Madalynn Head, who brought him immense pride and happiness. He is also survived by his father Brian Schultz (Gail Blom), his siblings Robert Schultz (Rene) and Karen Fuller (Robert), and many loving nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his beloved mother, Penny DeFelice (Joseph).

Harold will be remembered for his booming laughter, his kind and accepting spirit, and the way he could light up a room with his presence. He made friends easily, gave freely, and lived with authenticity and heart.

His remains will be laid to rest near his mother's in San Antonio, Texas, a place that held deep meaning for him. A private celebration of his life will be held at a future date.

Harold's legacy lives on in the love he gave, the lives he touched, and the memories he leaves behind.
