Rosalie Harrington died on Sunday, February 5th, 2017, in Allen, Texas, at the age of 81 years old. Rosalie was born on December 21, 1935, to the late Israel Glimcher and Dorice Glimcher. She was raised in Chelsea, Massachusetts with her two brothers, Sumner and Marshall Glimcher. She lived and worked in Southern California in accounting for roughly 30 years, until she moved to Texas to be near her son, daughter-in-law, and grandchildren. Rosalie loved to cook, paint, write poetry, and root for the Dallas Cowboys! She was a loving mother, step-mother and grandmother. Rosalie is preceded in death by her parents and brothers. She is survived by her son Chris, her daughter-in-law Paula, her grandchildren Jay and Dana, and her step-children Cheryl, Roy, Marilyn, Donna, Diane, and Kathy. Services and a reception to follow will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, February 11th, 2017 at Chase Oaks Church-Sloan Creek Campus, 611 East Stacy Road, Fairview Texas, 75069.
