Dorothy Bailey Herron passed away quietly and peacefully on Monday, June 16th 2014. Born on June 6th 1935, she celebrated her 79th birthday a week before her passing. She is survived by her daughter, Deb Gray and her husband Tom, brother, Charles Bailey, grand-daughter, Carrie Hall, grandson, Grayson Hall and his wife Megan, great-grandson, Ian, and finally her beloved dog, Chica. She will be remembered this August at a private family memorial to be held in Northern California, a place that brought her great joy. Memorials may be made to the pet rescue organization of your choice. Our families' hope is to celebrate the love that unites us as a family rather than focus on the sadness of the loss of our matriarch.
