Pamela Christine Hill Pamela was born in Minnesota and moved to Dallas at the age of 3. She is the daughter of Marty and Robin Hill, sister to Nicole, Adam, Sean, and Rachel, and a dear friend to many. As a child she was active in sports such as soccer and gymnastics as well as the National Charity League. Pamela was always a high achiever, excelling academically and socially as a cheerleader throughout middle and high school.
