He is survived by wife of 39 years, Muriel Irene Hines; daughter, Melissa Anne Baker, Travis D. of Azle, Texas; sons, Gary Wayne Hines, Pamela B. of Saint Jo, Texas, and C. Robert Dulyea of Fort Worth, Texas; grandchildren, Garrett Vaughn Hines of Wichita Falls, Texas, Daniel Robert Dulyea of Williston South Carolina, Tyler Christian Baker and Laurin Lin Baker of Azle, Texas; great grandchildren, Natalya Ann & Annalea Mae Dulyea; brother, Royce Hines of Irving, Texas; sisters Francine Zakkour, Daniel, of Belle Chase, Louisiana, Tanya Pattieson of Royse City, Texas, Kyla Hines of Loveland, Colorado, and Sheila Kay Hines of Barberton, Ohio.
