Irvin "Leroy" ONeal of Beggs, OK passed away at the age of 70 on April 30, 2024, at Baylor Scott and White Heart Hospital in Plano, TX.

He was born on September 13, 1953 to Chester and Evelyn (Powers) ONeal in Siloam Springs, AR. Leroy grew up in Siloam Springs and later moved to Tulsa, OK and married Laurie Hayes in Broken Arrow, OK.

Over the years, Leroy worked in construction, welder, truck driver and pilot car escort. Leroy was a Jack of all trades and would never hesitate to help anyone who needed help building or fixing things.

Leroy was proceeded in death by his parents Chester and Evelyn and his siblings, Junior, Stanley, David, Connie, Peggy and Kathy.

Leroy was survived by his children Derek (Sheila) ONeal, Marnie (Steve) Watts and a bonus child, Alex.

Papa WeWe was loved by all of his grandchildren Braden, Paul, Brody, Jaxon, Breanna, Paige, Mercedize and Shaymon.

Papa WeWe also has several great-grandchildren Haiden, Ryker, Braylynn, Collin and was waiting for the arrival of two new baby boys.

Leroy will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
