In loving Memory of Jacob Bryan Neely born September 19, 1980, and left this world January 4, 2026.

Jacob had a wonderful sense of humor and a great personality and will forever be remembered by those who loved him.

Jacob was preceded in death by his father James B. Neely and his sister Jennifer Sue Neely. Jacob left to cherish his memory, his girlfriend Kati Lewis and his mother Barbara S. Neely. Jacob left a host of wonderful friends who cared a great deal for him.

Jacob's Celebration of Life will be held at La Rêve Rehabilitation and Memory Care located at 3309 Dilido Road, Dallas, TX 75228, on Wednesday, February 11, 2026, at 3:30pm.
