August Henry Jacobs of Rockwall, recently of Phoenix and Chicago passed away on May 11, 2014 at the age of 88. He was born on May 4, 1926 to August Bernhardt Jacobs and Theresa (McCormick) Jacobs in Forest Park Illinois. His first wife Ardis, his son John and his parents August B. Jacobs and Theresa S. Jacobs preceded Augie in death. His wife Sandy, son Tom and his wife Dana survive him. Mass will be held Thursday May 15 11:00AM, St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church.
