Once back in the US, Jane embraced her role as a homemaker and school volunteer, creating a nurturing and loving environment for her family. Later in life, Jane worked as an administrative assistant at IBM in State College and at the Computer Building at Penn State. She is remembered fondly by her colleagues who describe her as their mentor, work-mom, and beloved friend. She cherished her time socializing at local restaurants in State College, where she formed lasting friendships. Upon their retirement, Jane and Fred moved to Jupiter, FL to once again enjoy time spent at the beach. Jane relished beachside moments and captured breathtaking photos of sunrises and sunsets from their gorgeous ocean-view condo. In her later years, Jane loved getting her hair and nails done, watching Yellowstone reruns, and entertaining her caregivers at Harbor Chase Assisted Living with stories of her adventures with Fred. Jane will be deeply missed by her sister, Susan, her daughters, Charlene, Michelle, and Lara, as well as her grandchildren, Brian, Kevin, Cathryn, Hailey, Sara, Roman, and Reston. She also leaves behind her great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews with love and remembrance.
