On Tuesday April 3, 1945 Janie was born to A.E. "Top" and Lucille Haden in San Angelo, Texas. She went to be with her LORD and Savior January 28, 2023 at the age of 77. She is survived by her husband Robert of 56 years of marriage and two sons Jeffrey and his wife Melissa, and Benjamin and his wife Sheri. She was blessed with six grand children: Brandon, Sarah, Samantha, Haden(who got a head start to heaven), Savannah and Abigail. Janie loved her family dearly and loved to be with them at every opportunity. Also, she is survived by her sister Ada Cox and preceded in death by her sister Stelda Jones. Janie is a graduate of San Angelo Central High School where she played the clarinet. She received her Associates Degree from San Angelo Junior College. She worked faithfully for the Social Security Administration for 20 years helping others. Janies passion was her church and her many friends there. She also loved to read; especially Anne Graham Lotz and Sue Grafton. She enjoyed sewing, crossed stitching, scrapbooking and making hand stamped cards for every occasion which she loved to send to others as a ministry.
