Jerald was born on July 2, 1948 to Doris Alberta Price and Jerry Winston Higdon. An Army veteran, he passed away at the VA hospital in Dallas on July 21, 2025. He was preceded in death by his parents and his daughter Monica Higdon and one sister, Donna Higdon. He is survived by his wife, Angela Hoskins, his two step children, Noah and Heather Hoskins. 4 brothers, Cory, Jimmy, Wesley and Mark Higdon. He also leaves behind his two cats, Bucky and Serina. (Burial will be at the National Cemetery and a celebration of life will be at the VFW, dates still to be determined)
